So we should congratulate the Tampa Bay Lightning for sparing us that obvious gag before Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Instead, they decided to dye water blue.
Boats dumped 36 gallons of blue dye in Garrison Channel on Wednesday night, according to TBO.com:
The Florida Aquarium is a partner in the stunt to help raise awareness about the importance of the Tampa Bay area's aquatic ecosystems. The dye is not harmful to marine life and has been approved by the aquarium and Environmental Protection Commission, according to the team.
